Rain Upon the Earth

Rain Upon the Earth
Baal HaSulam

 Just as rain is sent
Onto the Earth,
And the Earth can't sense
Who sent it,

Man is utterly incapable
Of sensing who sent him a thought
Because he cannot sense it
Until it has arrived
In his mind.
And once it is in his possession,
It seems like a part of his being.
